What should I pay attention to when operating the metal shear machine?

1) Check if the material and thickness of the sheet are correct.

Then check the surface of the board for irregularities, defects, and note the grain direction and determine the cutting order.

2) Adjust the upper and lower tool gaps according to the plate thickness, and then adjust the position of the back gauge. Check whether the cut material is accurate and the width of both ends is the same.

3) During the cutting operation of the metal shear machine, it is necessary to check frequently whether the cut sheet size (length, width, diagonal) conforms to the drawing.

4) The cut sheets should be placed in a sorted manner, stacked neatly, marked with the name and size, and the surface of the protective sheet should not be damaged.
