Commenter: Brian HeberleyIt’s really not that hard. There is only one rule to follow: -Don’t buy something unless you can pay for it. This includes getting an education. Some of these stories are very tragic and I feel sorry for them, but I can’t believe that these stories shown above are the norm. If you borrowed tens of thousands of dollars to get a degree in art history, english, business, or some other relatively useless degree with no real possibility of earning enough to pay it back than you deserve everything coming to you. Perhaps if people actually worked at college to get a useful degree like engineering, physics, chemistry, etc. they would possess the rudimentary math skills required to understand interest, income, and expenses.
The first church built on the commanding site was a small slab hut in 1812, but in 1816 Governor Macquarie ordered a proper church be built and the foundation stone was laid in 1817, with Governor Macquarie himself naming the building Christ Church at an opening service on August 2 the following year, a glory day in itself as 10 marriages and 30 baptisms were performed that day alone.

A Sal "The Voice" Christmas featuring Sal Valentinetti with Special Guests AGT’s Christian Guardino, Shuli from the Howard Stern Show and host Joe Causie Sal first learned the American standards at his grandmother’s knee and his passion grew further when he discovered his hidden vocal talent in his teenage years. "Sal the Voice," as he is known by everyone form Brooklyn to Bayshore, can be found on most Sundays sipping cappuccino at the cafe, telling stories, making jokes and planning his next move— to bring back to American pop culture the consummate, classy, old-school entertainer with a heart of gold.
The children attended the local school. Students numbered less than a hundred. But the remoteness of the area instilled a strong interdependence among the ranchers, families and townies.

When Ryan Kinder played the world-famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville for the first time, he turned that Grand Ole Opry performance into a special moment. Kinder set aside his guitar, walked away from the microphone and moved to the edge of the stage – a stage that’s hosted such signpost acts as Johnny Cash, Don Henley and Dolly Parton – to deliver an impassioned version of his gospel-tinged ballad "Still Believe In Crazy Love." With the instruments out of the picture, Kinder put the focus solely on his voice, wringing a complex set of musical influences and a ton of emotion out of a one-of-a-kind set of pipes. Not every artist could – or should – take that kind of a risk at such a sacred venue, but for Kinder, it was an ideal showcase. There’s a singular sound to his voice, one that’s enriched with country, soul, pop, rock and gospel. And Kinder expresses those myriad influences with a unique texture, a way of relating his words with a ferocity and conviction that sounds like no one else. It’s the kind of individuality that’s found in many of popular music’s most identifiable singers – Elton John, Garth Brooks or Reba McEntire – and he backs it with a from-the-gut power…. (read more)
