It was, of course, the rumen. This huge organ obscured the surgical field and interfered with his manipulation of the uterus, which he couldn’t find, and 26 feet of small intestine which kept crawling into play.
The overdose crisis has always been primarily the result of non-medical users accessing drugs in the dangerous black market that results from prohibition. As the supply of prescription opioids diverted to the underground gets harder to come by, the efficient black market fills the void with other, more dangerous drugs. Lately, the synthetic opioid fentanyl has emerged as the number one killer.

Now I was puttering around in the quiet barn. I was picking up empty bottles and trash, straightening the corner room with its heater and cot. The sun’s ray sliced through the cracks in the wall and spotlighted dust motes floating around.

It was good and dark by the time they set out across the open fields. The dogs were soon shiftin’ and sniffin’ through the creek bottom, checkin’ the brush and cottonwood trees.

It is a quirk of fate that we live where we live and do what we do. It is true we can always find something to complain about that detracts from our blessings. The whole project took 9 months to complete. The team followed very stringent quality measures during each stage of construction. As per the original plan, They finally had a neat and clean, hand crafted body with no burning, cutting or weld marks on it. Despite it took 9 months to complete the rebuild, there was not any trace of surface rust of stains while it was handed over for painting.

The irony of working on a large scale is that Kikukawa’s staff fuss over millimeters. Yuji Tsuchiya, a veteran sales manager, leads us to a back corner of the main factory building. He leans in and points out a welding seam so fine and faint that the untrained eye wouldn’t have a chance of spotting it. “The architects spotted it,” he says, shouting over the whining, clanging and buzzing sound of brute force being applied to metal, which comes from every direction.
